What to do:

First, decide how you want to pay. If you have a modem attached to your computer, you can register immediately. Choose Immediate On-line Registration. All you need is a credit card.

If you’d rather pay by check, then choose Order by Mail. With this option, you will print out an order form on paper. You can also fax your order if you want to pay by credit card.
